Utah Department of Transportation Video VH-60H Snow and Ice Control Part 1 covers equipment, supplies, the plowing route, and four road classifications and their corresponding types of service. Guidelines are also given for aiding stranded motorists. Part 2 looks at types of snow, temperature considerations, various plowing and salting procedures, and cleanup.
