Part 2, traitor Vidkun Quisling is sentenced at Oslo, Norway. Part 3, Gen. Clark reviews a parade as the allies occupy Vienna. Includes shots of Nijinsky, famed dancer. Part 4, the 1st Cavalry Division enters Tokyo and is reviewed by Gen. MacArthur.
