With the establishment of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization after World War Two, the Fourth Division assumed a major share in the responsibility of maintaining the peace and security of the free world. The film ends with a visual analysis of STRAC Fourth's present strength and vital purpose: to be ready to preserve the peace anywhere at any time.
