A later inscription, handwritten on a piece of parchment and stiched to the lining, mentions that the curtain was restored and generously donated by the members of the Congregation of the Sick; the verse "He will shelter me in His pavilion on an evil day, grant me the protection of His tent (Psalms 27:5) indicates the Hebrew year [5]691 (1931)"
