Slavnost odevzdání praporu pěš. pl. 46 v Lounech

Dvě ženy v krojích pózují s městským znakem Loun. Celkový pohled na město je vystřídán bližšími záběry seznamující diváky s místními památkami, ruchem v ulicích i okolím Loun. 46. pluk z Chrudimi přijíždí vlakem na nádraží, kde je vítán zástupci města a později v centru samotným starostou. Pluk nastupuje před starostou s čestnou družinou a praporem. Přehlídky pluku se účastní ministr Syrový, který přebírá prapor od starosty a jeho autora, prof. Horáka. Odevzdává ho veliteli pluku, plk. Pschornovi. Vojáci pochodují městem. Záběry na starostu Fouska, prof. Horáka a členy slavnostního výboru před policejním úřadem města Louny. The 46th Regiment from Chrudim is arriving at the station; there it is welcomed by representatives of the town, and later on the Regiment is also welcomed by the Mayor of the Town in the town's centre. The Regiment is lining up in front of the Mayor with an escort of honour and a standard. The military show is attended by Minister Syrový, who is taking over the standard from the Mayor and its author, Professor Horák. He is handing in the standard to the Regiment Commander, Colonel Pschorna. Soldiers are marching through the town. The film offers shots introducing the Mayor of the Town Fousek, Professor Horák, as well as members of a ceremony committee in front of the Police Authority of Louny.
