Prezident T. G. Masaryk přichází do prostoru vojenského protileteckého cvičení v Praze na Strahově. V jeho doprovodu jsou významní vojenští činitelé - přednosta vojenské kanceláře prezidenta republiky generál Stanislav Čeček, velitel francouzské mise v Československu generál Eugéne Mittelhauser, Jan Syrový, František Kolařík a další. Prezident přijímá hlášení velitele protiletadlové baterie a během výkladu armádních odborníků si prohlíží vojenskou techniku a sleduje cvičný letecký poplach. President T. G. Masaryk enters the grounds of an anti-aircraft artillery exercise in Strahov, Prague. He is accompanied by important military functionaries- commander of the Military Cabinet of the President of the Republic (Vojenská kancelář prezidenta republiky), general Stanislav Čeček; commander of the French mission in Czechoslovakia, general Eugéne Mittelhauser; Jan Syrový, and František Kolařík among others. The president receives a report from the commander of the anti-aircraft battery. Accompanied by army authorities to explain, the president then inspects the military equipment and observes a practice drill for an air attack. The drill includes the individual training of soldiers, who operate the anti-aircraft guns. In addition to this activity on the exercise grounds, we also observe as the "enemy" planes are prepared for the drill at the airport-as part of the simulated air raid, bombs are loaded into planes and the planes then take off and land. When the maneuvers end, the president and his entourage leave the exercise grounds.
