Beginning of a new period of public health in the Czechoslovak Republic

Zdravotnický ústav v Kostelci nad Černými lesy byl slavnostně otevřen 5. listopadu 1925. Na nádvoří slavnostně ozdobeném girlandami stojí několik automobilů. Z hlavní budovy vycházejí významní představitelé veřejného života. Následuje pohled na plán budovy, laboratoř na výrobu sér a exteriér administrativní budovy. The Medical Institute in the town of Kostelec nad Černými Lesy was open during a ceremony held on 11/5/1925. On the yard we can see also some cars. Significant personalities of the public life are coming out of the Institute. Then the film shots are showing a lay out plan of the building.
