In memoriam Dr. h. c. Ing. Hanuš Karlík

Ing. Hanuš Karlík, předseda ústředního spolku cukrovarnického a Národohospodářského ústavu zemřel v lednu 1927 v Praze v kostele sv. Jindřicha. Pohřeb se konal v chrámu sv. Mikuláše v Praze na Malé Straně. Rakev byla vystavena před chrámem. Zde byly předneseny smuteční proslovy. Poté byla rakev přenesena na pojízdný katafalk. Pohřební průvod se ubíral po Karlově mostě. Smuteční obřad se konal i v kostele sv. Jiljí v Nymburce. Rakev byla uložena do rodinného hrobu na zdejším hřbitově. Ing. Hanuš Karlík, the Chairman of the Sugar Industry Association and of the National Economic Institute died in January 1927 in Prague in St. Henry's Church. The funeral took place in St. Nicolas's Church in Prague in Malá Strana. The coffin was displayed in front of the Church. Here there were also delivered funeral speeches. Then the coffin was placed on a movable catafalque. The funeral procession was marching along Charles Bridge. The funeral ceremony took place in St. George's Church in the town of Nymburk. The coffin was placed to the family grave at the local cemetery.
